yesterday after teaching my final lesson at yoga tribe we had a potluck lunch and sat around chatting. it was really nice to spend the afternoon with such wonderful people. i'm going to miss everyone alot. this is why it's so hard to leave japan, the beautiful friends we've made over the years. we are so very lucky. thank you, everyone.
